這是潔西看完昨天學生的比賽的時候，先前在西藏生死書 The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying 裡面看到的一段話就自動浮出來了。

 

Live and learn. 人生活著就是不斷地學習，從當中成長吧。潔西從前把這段話貼在牆上貼了很久，因為明明覺得我知道了，我學夠教訓了，但是下次一我又犯相同的錯誤了，不敢置信，難以相信，人，是習慣的動物，要怎麼樣突破自己，再強化，在進化，讓自己變成一個更棒的人就是只有更自己不斷地看清楚自己的問題點，用心認真地改進加強，一次不行，再一次。還不行，又一次，一直一直到自己學會為止。過程不容易，但是說實在，只能靠自己，別人能做的都很有限。

 

潔西一把年紀了還是一直掉到洞裡面再一次次爬起來，好累啊 C’est la vie 也只能如是說了，這就是人生啊！潔西昨天看完比賽大哭，寫文章繼續哭，睡前還是哭，早上起來又哭，一邊哭著寫完上面那段後有好一點。但是今天一樣病，超級病，真的是單身不能生病，覺得自己超可憐的，生病的時候，連個撒嬌對象都沒有，想喝個西瓜汁也沒有人會幫你送來，然後也沒力去出氣買。不過呢，病好了又是另外一種心情。總不能為了一杯西瓜汁隨便找個人吧！哈哈哈。

 

一事無成又躺在床上不太能動的一天，頭又大痛氣來，只有一個慘字可言，因為不太能動，所以一直聽歌，想翻這首很久了，潔西最喜歡的Macklemore & Ryan Lewis 幫 同是美國西雅圖出生的當地詞曲創作歌手 Fences 的 Arrows 。潔西其實最早注意到 Fences 是他幫 Macklemore & Ryan Lewis 跨刀的 Otherside ，超好聽的歌，在講戒癮的事。但是歌詞有點長有點難翻，很想很想翻先放在一邊的歌之一。

 

一直想睡，故意拖晚一點，這樣才不會半夜兩三點又起來，累啊，燒好像也沒退，怎麼可以虛弱成這樣，生氣也沒用，好好保重吧！加油加油！
