英文電子郵件要附加檔案時句子要怎麼寫呢？有很多不同的方式，潔西整理了一下， attachment 是名詞，ment 多半是名詞的字尾，而 attach 是動詞，常見到的 attached 是動詞的第三態，或用來當作被動，甚至當形容詞用。捉到這兩個大原則通常句子就比較不會錯。但是信件的附件用的是動詞 enclose ，名詞是 enclosure ，要特別注意喔。

1 用 as an attachment 放在最後面

I’ll send the spreadsheet as an attachment. 我會把試算表作為附件寄出。

2 The attachment 直接放在最前面當主詞，說明附件是什麼

The attachment is a draft Power Point presentation. 附件是一個 Power Point 報告的草稿。

3 用動詞 have attached 表示附上了什麼

A attachment (n.): a computer file which is sent together with an email message

附件 (名詞)：一個電腦的檔案，跟電子郵件的訊息一起寄出

附加 (動詞)：把一個比方說是文件，照片，或電腦程式等的檔案附加到一封電子郵件

A.1. as an attachment

I’ll send the spreadsheet as an attachment. 我會把試算表作為附件寄出。

I’ll send the document as an attachment to my next email. 我會把文件作為附件在我下一封電子郵件寄出。

I’ll email my report to you as an attachment. 我會把我的報告作為附件用電子郵件寄給你。

I sent you an email with my proposal as an attachment. Did you receive it?

我已經把我的提案作為附件用電子郵件寄給你。你收到了嗎？

所以上面這個用法很簡單，就是把你要記得東西，也就是斜線的部分，比方說 the spreadsheet, the document, my report, my proposal 這些後面加上 as an attachment ，就是表示你的附件是前面所說的試算表，文件，報告，提案等。假如前面是複數，就記得去掉 an ，在 attachment 後面加 s。

Thank you for the information about prices and the attachment. 謝謝你寄來的有關價格的資訊跟附件。

The attachment is a draft Power Point presentation. 附件是一個 Power Point 報告的草稿。

上面的第一個用法因為是對方寄來特定的郵件所以前面用 the ，第二個用法則是直接告知附件的內容，因為也是特定的，所以需要用 the 。

A.3. the attachment

收到附件打不開的時候怎麼辦？比方說潔西用 Mac ，有時候寄 word 文件忘記轉檔，寄出 .docx 的檔一般 Windows 的電腦就會打不開，要改成 .doc 才行，這時候就可以說

I wasn’t able to open the attachment. 我沒辦法打開附件檔案。

也有時候有的人會跟潔西一樣，明明說有附檔，但是附檔忘記附上就把電子郵件寄出了。收到這樣的郵件的時候就可以說

I received your email, but I didn’t receive the attachments. 我收到你的郵件，但是我沒收到附檔。

以上為 attachment 名詞的用法，記得單數前面會有 an 或 the ，複數的話記得加 s ，有沒有 the 就要看是不是限定的。

B.1. have attached

I have attached the sales figures you requested. 我已經把你要求的銷售數字附加在電子郵件的附件

I have attached the spreadsheet with all the London area client contact details. 我已經把有倫敦所有的區域的顧客聯絡細節的試算表附加在電子郵件的附件。

I have attached my catalogue so that you can choose which images you would like. 我已經把我的目錄附加在電子郵件的附件，如此一來你可以選擇你想要的圖片。

這裡的 attached 是動詞的第三態，過去分詞， have + V3 是用現在完成的方式來表達已經把 the sales figures, the spreadsheet, my catalogue 這幾樣東西作為附件附加在電子郵件上了。這裡的用法可以用在當你的名詞的後面還需要用子句或片語來說明的時候，可以很完整的呈現。

B.2. is attached

The Expansion 2020 Report is attached. 2020擴張報告在附件中。

The figures you were after are attached. 你要求的數字在附件中。

這個用法 be + V3 ，是用 be 動詞加上動詞的第三態，過去分詞，是被動的用法，表示前面的 The Expansion 2020 Report, The figures 被放在附加檔案中了。注意 be 動詞要看真正的主詞，主詞單數用 is ，主詞複數用 are。這裡強調的是附件的內容。

Attached you will find the product brochure you requested. 附件為你要求的產品簡介小冊子。

Attached you will find the information you will need to apply for the position. 附件為你要申請的職位的資訊。

The attached file is the document that you requested. 附件的檔案是你要求的文件。

Could you please sign and return the attached form by 25 March?  你可以簽名並在三月二十五日前寄回附件的表格嗎？

這裡的 attached 是當形容詞用，後面一定會有修飾的名詞。這裡的 attached 用來修飾 agreement, document, file, form 。

所以假如是用 attached 的話，除了 B.1 的動詞現在完成式的用法之外， attached 都會有它修飾的名詞或名詞片語，不要忘了喔。而 attachment 本身就是名詞，所以是等同附件的內容。

大致上是這樣，手好麻。上星期做瑜珈不小心壓迫到神經的樣子，其實先前就好幾次做瑜珈做到一半手麻了，老師說可能是壓迫到神經，大概都幾個小時後就好了，範圍也限於手指尖，不過這次是雙手好像戴手套一樣，後來當天有退到剩半隻手麻，然後隔天又退到手指，然後剩指尖，可是又跑回半隻手，現在則是除了拇指之外所有的手指都是又腫又麻的，打字的時候會有點痛，像觸電一樣。

去看神經內科的醫生，醫生就一副你這不要管它它自己也會好，還比給潔西看說一個月神經可以長多長，神經有自我修復的功能，開了肌肉鬆弛，止痛，增加血液循環，維他命 B12，但是吃藥吃了四天還是沒改善，今天是第八天了，先前都不太打字，因為會痛，今天打了一堆，覺得一邊打手指越來越腫，越來越麻，有點手指頭變僵硬的感覺，有點恐怖。不過醫生說除非變無力，不然應該自己會好，醫生開兩個星期的藥，潔西問醫生說萬一兩個星期後來是沒好呢？醫生說那到時候再說，厚。

現在還是像殭屍一樣遊魂中，去看醫生，醫生說你已經做得很好了，不要把自己逼的太緊，可是每天無所事事，混吃混喝，有時候連吃跟喝都很懶，一整個憂鬱懶的無邊無盡，想振作又振作不起來，還要安慰自己，有沒有這麼累啊，哈哈。先這樣囉，剛好學生有問到，所以發一下文，現在又麻到半個手掌了，真怪，還是不要再打字了，晚安晚安，多休息，雖然每天都一睡不醒，睡到中午或下午，但是還是要早點睡。再一天就放假週末了，時間怎麼過這麼快啊！大家週末愉快！
