I don’t really know what to write. When you have certain ideas you would like to express, words just come out automatically. When you don’t have much to say, it’s a real struggle.
I was telling my student earlier that a TV show had asked me to be on the show. They wanted me to share my experience as a tutor. You know all those interesting things, annoying things, and special experience. I gave it a thought for like three minutes, and then I decided to turn it down.
First, the topic is about being a tutor. Well, this is really not my speciality. I might go if it’s about English teaching. Also I don’t think I look good in front of the camera and I have no suitable clothes to wear. Moreover, they might cut and edit it and I probably can’t express myself well. Well, I mean, not received well. Last, people might not like me and leave some harmful message on my blog or Facebook Page. To tell the truth, I don’t really want to be too famous. Being famous is not always a good thing and might bring you a lot of trouble. I like to have my own privacy, I had some history I prefer not to tell anyone, and I’ve seen enough what fame destroys a person.
I had always been an English teacher in a language school before I had my surgery. I became a full-time tutor around one year ago. I still wasn’t feeling well six months after my surgery, but I needed the money, so I started to teach private lessons. I am not sure why but students just came one after one. By the time I realized, my schedule had been packed.
I was quite stressful about one month ago. I had so much preparation to do and I always felt tired. My life was teaching, preparing lessons, and sleeping. Luckily, students come and go and sometimes they take long breaks. Students take leaves for different reasons and sometimes, it can be frustrating. However, I told myself I should appreciate the free time I have while I can.
The other day, a college student and I were talking about what we wanted to do for the rest of our lives. I told him that I would probably be a teacher for the rest of my life. His eyes were wide open and I could tell that he wanted to say something like that would be boring. Well, I told him by doing that I could meet more interesting students like him. He is too young. He will know one day that it doesn’t matter what job you have, there are always pros and cons.
三點在現場買票人不多，門票 350 ，只能付現金。開到下午六點，五點半最後入場的樣子。基本上三十分鐘絕對可以走完，只要不要像網美一樣一個地方要拍很多張要喬角度的話。謝謝收看
