答案是 b 。選出答案不難，倒是要解釋比較難。

however：despite whatever amount or degree 無論多少數量或程度。就是有無論如何，表示程度的意思，所以這題就是無論多便宜的意思。這時候當副詞用，後面接形容詞或副詞

nevertheless：despite what has just been said or referred to 儘管前面剛剛說到或提到什麼

nevertheless 跟 nonetheless 是一樣的用法

中文看起來很像的東西，用英英字典查出來，就可以很容易地分別不同。所以真的不要再死記單字的中文了，多查字典，記一下詞性，多看些例句，知道用法怎麼用，英文才會越來越好喔。沒事多查字典，多查字典沒事。
