果然只有一天好天氣，今天早上還有點太陽，然後中午就開始下雨了，還好沒有下一整天，雖然剛剛潔西曬洗好的衣服時似乎又下起雨來了。天氣真的是共通的話題，那天走上路上看到兩個鄰居在打招呼，也是說下星期聽說要變很冷啊。

究竟會有多冷呢？有點恐怖啊，潔西似乎沒有足夠的防寒衣物啊，就是去年零度穿的，潔西十幾度拿來穿覺得剛好而已，再冷的話真的不知道，要裹棉被出門了嗎？哎呀呀。

潔西這兩天算了一下，真的非常地剛好，假如潔西按目前的進度，每天做一課劍橋活用英語文法的影片，剛好做完那天是今年的最後一天，耶！做完應該會很空虛吧？每天都有固定要做的真的是一個支柱，接下來要做什麼呢？大家有什麼想法跟建議嗎？歡迎提供。

今天把前幾天吃剩的香菇肉燥加了豆瓣醬，煮成螞蟻上樹，還不錯吃呢。很想來好好學做幾道菜，這是一輩子的事，一輩子都要吃飯，偶爾吃外面沒關係，但是要好好的煮一些東西健康營養的給自己吃才對啊。只是煮一個人份的菜真的是不容易，所以煮了什麼都要吃很多餐，放好幾天，這樣好像又不健康啊。

最近真的很容易變得很焦慮，自己應該要能夠找到更好的方法來解決。最近找了很多朋友，謝謝朋友們都有很好的回應，還好做人沒有太失敗，朋友們都有理潔西。所以自己更要好好加油。大家會不會覺得每天在叫自己要加油的人很奇怪？每個人的人生都有這個階段吧？有的人說出來有的人放在心裡，潔西是比較說出來的人，給大家參考，這樣子比較不會突然崩潰，給周遭的人添更多的麻煩。希望如此啦。朋友對潔西好有信心喔，潔西自己都沒有信心呢。不管了，今天先這樣。明天突然可能不能做影片，假如不行的話，就順延也沒關係，謝謝大家的支持，不管是家人，是朋友，是網友，是學生，有你們真好！
