今天是連假的最後一天。大家是否落有所失呢？潔西今天打算備課的，但是呢因為跟著大家差不多，連著放了三天假，今天完全沒有精神做任何事，打混摸魚了一整天，非常的心虛。不知道該如何是好。明天就要開始上課了，一點都沒有收心，整個人還在虛無飄渺中。

這週有很大的挑戰，要做出相當不負責的事，大概是這輩子有史以來做不負責的事了。但是又不能不做，非常的猶豫。整個人把自己逼得很緊，所以昨天狀況很糟，今天也不好，但是呢，今天一整天一直吃東西，吃了很多很多東西，看電視就不去想，夜深人靜了，還是不得不想，該怎麼辦才好呢？

每個人的人生都不容易，潔西的人生沒有比別人難，大家都要自己去面對自己的人生，潔西弟要潔西去跑一跑，健身房開到十二點，現在九點半也不晚，但是就是提不起勁來。整個人非常得懶散，只想躺在床上。一點都不行啊！加油不起來的時候就先放鬆一下，明天再來努力。等等把明天的東西整理一下，早點睡，明天早點提起精神振作。大家一起加油吧！
