好懶惰，今天。不知道是不是開始吃新的藥叫做樂復得的副作用，剛剛上網查了一下，果然是想睡，昏昏欲睡，感覺疲累，都是副作用 side effects ，可能還需要一段期間才能漸漸消除 wear off 。

今天天氣很好，但是潔西一早怎麼都起不來。昨天看到有一堂瑜珈課在早上十一點，但是十點多還是不想起床，掙扎的時候想到自己跟醫生說的話，我想要好起來過正常的生活，那麼我就需要去努力做一些我可能意志軟弱不想做的事，所以還是起來了。

去做了瑜伽後覺得很不錯，只是回到家吃了午餐後又睡回床上去了真糟糕。都沒有備課，晚上八點要準備開始備課，奇怪的時間點吧？星期六晚上八點要工作，一點動力都沒有啊。不過潔西的生活本來就跟一般人不同，平日晚上大家回家準備休息的時候潔西開始上課，所以週末備課也不算是不正常。

也不會不喜歡，只是可能吃藥的關係，沒有什麼動力，覺得有點無奈，突然又好想吃東西喔。而且又有點想睡了，真的是不行啊！工作都沒進度，還不如改天再來努力？先吃宵夜去，潔西真的一點自制力都沒有啊。聽說要有自制力才會成功，不成功便成人的就是潔西了，哈哈哈。大家晚安晚安！
