今天突然知道為什麼有些媽媽會失去耐心，因為事情太多了太忙了吧？潔西這個星期有點小忙，突然覺得好煩好沒耐心，平常不覺得煩躁的事情突然通通都看不順眼。

心情突然很低落，這幾天，也沒有什麼特別的原因。今天早上發現變胖了，心情也很不好。加入健身房好幾個星期了，明明都有在做運動，雖然做瑜伽是減不了肥本來就知道。但是還是有點動搖。為什麼為什麼變胖了？因為運動後胃口都特別好，另外加上吃宵夜吧？是不是該減肥了啊？

今天把桌子轉了個方向，轉個好運來吧！雖然剛剛就收到令人心情低落的訊息。啊！想到有好消息，一早起床就看到的。上了一陣子線上課程的學生跟潔西說他多益考九百分，耶！當然這大部分是學生自己的努力，哈哈哈。

加油加油！手機雖然常常傳來不好的消息，但是也有好消息啊！說到這兒覺得餓了，怎麼辦？要減肥但是肚子餓了。好矛盾啊。看看日劇，看看影片，休息一下，吃點好吃的，心情就會好起來了吧？體重的問題先放到一邊去吧！晚安晚安！
