今天確診病例是兩百零六人，有種不好的預感，這樣下去封城說不定也不是不可能，希望不要走到封城的地步啊！

但是剛剛出去散步，去健身房後幾乎都沒有去散步了，現在健身房關了，還是要運動啊，想不到連公園都關了，在操場走了幾圈，不過呢，沒戴口罩的人還不少，跑步的人好幾個幾乎都沒戴，在網球場打網球的人，在操場玩的小孩跟大人。

真的是很悶又很熱的天氣，運動要戴口罩真的有難度，或許他們覺得跟別人有社交距離？路上也有幾個沒戴的，多半是年紀大一點的人。年輕人沒戴的幾乎都是在抽煙，把口罩拉到下巴。也有賣小吃的把口罩拉到下巴，戴在鼻子下的也有幾個人。大家可以的話還是口罩戴好戴滿，保護自己也保護他人。

雙北國三高三不用上課，其他還是要上學上班，潔西明天也要上課，今天要早點睡。還蠻焦慮的，對於這種未來不明的狀態，下星期要去醫院抽血，要不要去呢？再看看這幾天的發展好了。
