潔西做影片每五個慣用語一支影片，目前做了二十隻，有一百個慣用語，後面還會繼續做下去，參考一本書 Scholastic Dictionary of Idioms，裡面有介紹慣用語的來源，潔西有特別選的多是蠻常見的，影片中從第十一個開始都有解釋來源，聽會更容易記住喔。

比方說 kick the bucket 踢桶子，指的是死掉，潔西本來就知道，但是原來這是從前吊死囚犯的時候會讓囚犯站在桶子上，把桶子踢掉，他們就被吊死了，也太恐怖。不過也很容易就把這個慣用語記住了吧？希望大家都能學到一些有用的東西 🙂

實用慣用語一 Idioms 

1 all thumbs 全都是拇指：笨手笨腳
