居然十一點半了，啊！尖叫中，我的課要備到幾點呢，依我的速度大概是半夜兩三點，也沒差啦，昨天十二點躺上床，睡不著，怎麼都睡不著，大概三點多才睡著吧。

今天去健身房上瑜伽課，又是一對一，差點潔西沒去老師又只能拿車馬費了，相信應該不少老師都只拿到車馬費吧，因為健身房真的很空，前幾天看到兩個工作人員在消毒跑步機，一整排完全空的都沒人。

因為一對一，所以一直跟老師在聊天，老師的政治立場相當明確，而且很敏感，非常捍衛自己的理念。有一些其實是不正確的訊息，潔西忍不住說了一下。因為有些東西會想要知道究竟是什麼樣的訊息才是正確的，國外的東西就會上英文網站去看，實際上就寫得很清楚。

但是對於潔西說的聽得出來老師還是持保留態度。潔西也都沒有跟老師爭論，老師不需要同意潔西的看法，潔西也不一定要同意老師的看法，潔西覺得交談的時候不一定要別人同意你的看法，潔西對於爭執這個東西很敏感，很討厭聽到人家吵架，自己也盡可能不跟人家吵架，因為真的沒必要。吵架的人心情不會好，吵贏吵輸都一樣，都變成輸家了啊！

大家期待已久的降級聽說明天要宣佈了，也是時候了。終於可以在外面吃飯了嗎？補習班要給開了嗎？口罩應該是要戴到明年了吧。潔西要回去備課了，大家小週末愉快！晚安晚安！

The Norwegian women’s beach handball team has been fined after players opted to wear shorts instead of bikini bottoms during a European championship game.

The European Handball Federation (EHF) said Monday that it had imposed a fine of 1,500 euros ($1,766) — 150 euros ($176) for each player — on the team for “improper clothing" in the bronze medal game against Spain on Sunday. — CNN

The Olympic medals use precious metal extracted from used electronics. Athletes sleep on cardboard beds. The podiums are recycled plastic. Even the Olympic torch has aluminum that was recycled from the temporary housing used after Japan’s Fukushima disaster.

Netflix has confirmed that it will include video games as part of subscription packages at no extra cost.
