對了，好像俄羅斯要準備開打了，普丁說來阻擋的人會有你沒看過的後果喔，西方的經濟制裁根本沒用，照樣要開打。拜登也說俄羅斯趕侵略會有他們想不到的後果，誰怕誰？烏龜怕鐵錘。誰會是烏龜？誰會是鐵鎚了？

烏克蘭宣布緊急狀態，說為了抵抗，大家都可以攜帶槍械，脫口秀主持人 Stephan Colbert 說，烏克蘭變成德州了，害潔西笑好久，但是其實看到要開打的新聞很難過耶，這意味著很多人會死掉吧。想起先前看到七八十歲的烏克蘭學習怎麼用槍要保衛國家，真是心酸。

不只是 CNN ，其他新聞也有關切台灣，世界正忙，中國會不會趁機有所作為呢？但是我們平民老百姓也沒有什麼能做的，照樣一天一天過日子，學生說要打戰，他才不去打，直接投降。有多少人會願意跳出來說我要捍衛國家呢？有七八十歲的老太太會站出來學用槍說我要保衛國家嗎？還沒有發生的事就先不用去擔心吧，先擔心今天晚餐要吃什麼。

潔西沒有晚餐吃，也沒有吃早餐跟午餐，肚子好餓，明天要檢查，今天只能喝液體，喝完蔓越莓汁後發現有網站寫說不要喝深色的，喝了一碗排骨湯，只有湯，蕃茄蛋花湯，只有湯，咖啡，蔓越莓汁，麥茶，椰子汁，還是好餓。早上採買還沒喝的還有黑松沙士，奧利多水，運動飲料，還想去買忘記買的樹頂的蘋果汁汽水，好喝喔，等等再去便利商店找飲料喝，平常不太喝飲料的人今天要大開戒，喝汽水應該會比較飽吧？

五點之後只能喝水的樣子，應該到時候就餓呆了躺在床上不能動了吧，所以今天早一點發。大家要照顧好自己的身體就不用去做檢查，今天還是好冷，多保重，還是13度，等等潔西要裹棉被出門。大家週四愉快！
