日子隨便都跟飛得一樣過，轉眼快一點，啊！快一點了，還在校對講義，啊，校對是件恐怖的事。應該還有幾個小時的工作，不過還是早點睡好了。簡單發個廢文。

今天去看醫生，都去同一家醫院的好處就是醫生找出潔西先前的鼻子的X光片跟今天拍的X光片對比，說潔西的鼻子兩邊現在都發炎。這是胸腔內科的醫生，專長之一是久咳，這也是潔西選這個醫生的原因。胸部X光片沒問題。開了過敏藥，止咳藥，鼻噴劑，潔西先前噴的那瓶一模一樣的躺在醫生桌上，醫生說潔西噴那瓶沒效，開了不一樣的。抽了血驗過敏原，先前好像沒有驗出來過，還要做一個支氣管擴張劑試驗，看有沒有氣喘，沒有吧？醫生很好心的幫潔西約了兩星期後的早上十一點半做檢查，下午看醫生，所以不用跑兩趟，但這也代表潔西那天要在醫院混三四個小時了…

從過年前就想做比司吉了，一直到大概兩三個星期前買了無鹽奶油，連假四天每天都想做，今天從醫院回家就決定是今天了，有點小失敗。不知道為什麼蘇打粉的味道好重又太鹹，但是潔西做了起士跟蔓越莓兩種口味還是一個一接一個地一直吃。做完就發現為什麼一直拖了，要洗的東西超多，桿麵棍，放麵團的一大張不知道叫什麼，上面有很多圓圈可以量披薩尺寸的，麵粉篩子，烤盤，等等。晚餐氣炸昨天剩下的雞肉，溫度時間沒捉準，太過頭了，又要洗氣炸鍋。打了木瓜牛奶，又要洗果汁機，今天一直在洗東西，恩，自己煮東西就是這點麻煩。從前同學會問說幹嘛要那麼麻煩自己做蛋糕餅乾，外面買就有了。自己做東西的好處是真材實料，知道你吃的東西裡面放的是什麼，不會加一堆有的沒的化學學素。

一整個晚上都在吃吃洗洗，備課超級緩慢，這樣也比較輕鬆，太趕潔西整個會焦慮，所以還是慢慢來吧。不行，今天要早點睡，昨天弄到超晚的。要早睡早起。加油！大家晚安！
