大家會不會在意別人的看法？別人怎麼說你呢？基本上潔西以為自己不會，通常想做什麼就做什麼，也沒有很在意別人的看法或尋求別人的認同，自己高興就好。今天做久違的瑜伽做到一半時突然發現，自己很在意學生的問卷調查。每個月一次的問卷調查的時候通常會有點緊張，甚至不太開心，會擔心學生會不會寫什麼不喜歡的事或者是抱怨。

想想，就是很久以前有被學生抱怨過，所以覺得問卷像是來找碴的，因為有抱怨的話就會被找去約談，反之學生寫好的意見也不會被告知。話說也很久沒被約談過了，自己教學也不是沒信心，為什麼會那麼在意呢？可能有從前的陰影在吧？想通了，以後就覺得無所謂了吧？真的不好的地方學生指出來的有改進的空間也不錯啊。人總是會犯錯的，這樣想一下應該會好多了吧。自己的心病要自己醫，哈哈。

想睡了，怎麼最近每天睡到爆。早上起來擤鼻涕的時候看到鼻涕居然是黃色的，嚇了一跳，趕快上網查，還好就是白血球跟病菌作戰，恩，可能是作戰成功？今天覺得鼻子過敏好像好多了，咳嗽也比較少。去超市的時候看到滿滿陳列出來的冰品超想吃的，但是還是忍住了，等不咳再來吃吧。最近也努力喝 LP33 優酪乳，多多，希望增加一點好菌，加油加油！

一天破七百例，感覺離破千不遠了，大家多保重啊，勤洗手，好好吃好好睡，增加自己的免疫力！晚安晚安！
