今天沒時間做新聞，做了連接詞的影片，so, because, therefore 的用法，不要用逗號連接兩個句子啦！學生上了兩個寫作班還不知道不可以用逗號連接兩個句子，讓潔西都想打人了，請用適當的連接詞。

潔西的脾氣真的有點差，短氣，日文似乎是這麼說的，就是容易不開心，還好不太會發脾氣，生氣的對象常常是自己，或者比較熟的人，但是生氣無益身心健康，所以還是不要太容易生氣啦。

最近一次是為什麼生氣，想不起來，是好事吧？啊，想起來了，大概今年最生氣就是去公館的藍家割包付了錢被冤枉沒付那一次吧？不過潔西這個人的好處是不太記仇，easy come easy go 來得快去得快，過去就算了，不太想跟別人計較太多。原諒別人才是放過自己。To forgive is to forget. 

肚子好痛，宵夜吃了泡麵加上昨天炒的去宜蘭買回來的鴨賞，泡麵是永垂不朽的，所以可能是鴨賞壞了？剛剛做影片做到一半突然肚子大痛，有點胡言亂語。

早上大崩潰，我的鬱期是不是到了啊？It never rains, but it pours. 不然就不下雨不然就下大雨。福無雙至，禍不單行。人生就是這樣吧？第一次肚子痛痛到往上跑到胃上去，連胃都痛了，不要再寫了，吃藥休息去吧。

連接詞的用法

1 英文不可以用逗號連接兩個句子

I want to eat ice cream, I am on a diet. (X)

I want to eat ice cream. I am on a diet. 

I want to eat ice cream, but I am on a diet.

2 要連接兩個句子時可以用對等連接詞 and, but, or, so 等來連接兩個獨立子句

子句：有主詞，有動詞

獨立子句：有主詞，有動詞，語意完整(1) and 用來表達同等的概念:

I am very tired, and I want to rest for a few minutes. 

I am very tired. I want to rest for a few minutes. 

(2) but 用來表達對比:

I am tired, but I have no time to rest now.(3) or 用來表達選擇:

I will take a nap, or I will go out jogging.(4) so 用來表達結果:

I am tired, so I will take a nap.

3 在正式寫作時，不要把對等連接詞放在句首

They went shopping without telling me. So I was very angry. (X)

They went shopping without telling me, so I was very angry. (O)

4 可以用從屬連接詞 because, although, when, after 等帶領的副詞子句來連接主要子句

(1) 副詞子句放句首時，需要用逗號跟主要子句分開

Because I overslept, I was late for class this morning. 

(2) 主要子句放句首時，因為看到從屬連接詞就知道是副詞子句的開始，不需要逗號

I was late for class this morning because I overslept.

(3) 副詞子句是非獨立子句，一定不會單獨存在，一定要跟主要子句一起結合成一個完整的句子

Because I overslept. I was late for class. (X)

5 中文會說因為…所以…，但是英文不可以同時用對等連接詞跟從屬連接詞來連接句子

Because I overslept, so I was late for class. (X)

6 也可以用連接副詞 therefore 來表達兩個句子間的關係。副詞不能連接兩個句子，所以連接時要用分號(比較少見)或寫成兩個句子，用句號分開兩個句子。副詞位置可以放在最前面，最後面，跟主詞後面，其中放最前面最常見。

I overslept, therefore, I was late for class. (X)

I overslept; therefore, I was late for class.

I overslept. Therefore, I was late for class.

I overslept. I ,therefore, was late for class.

I overslept. I was late for class, therefore.
